James is a unique man who works as a deputy manager at the International Youth Hostel in Nairobi, Kenya. He looks young and beaming and talks happily with the young travelers. But he is also a very experienced man with more than 20 years in the business.

I came back to stay in the hostel thanks to him and each time he was very attentive to our needs and flexible with us to our satisfaction. He promised me a safari tour on a tight budget and kept his word. The safari was with the best price I found and went on time without delays. The camp was good and the driver made his best to please us (we managed to see the croc catches the wildebeest, like in the National Geographic. it was amazing!- ask for Lawi...)

James is the kind of rare business man who becomes your friend. He is not a "one off". Once you met him you will want to return again for the honesty, caring, the pleasure and friendship.
